I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from my counselor, Victoria Schmitt. She helped me work through severe trauma using EMDR, and I truly believe her expertise, compassion, and patience made a profound difference in my healing journey. From the beginning, she created a safe and supportive environment where I felt heard, understood, and never judged. Processing trauma can be incredibly difficult, but she guided me through it with compassion and helped me understand and work through my emotions and experiences. What I appreciated most was her ability to meet me where I was while still gently encouraging me to move forward. EMDR was truly transformative for me. I had carried the effects of severe trauma for awhile, and I was amazed by how EMDR helped me process experiences that I had struggled with. Although the process could be emotionally difficult at times, I began to notice a real difference in the way I felt, thought about my experiences, and responded to things that had previously been overwhelming. I finally felt like I was healing rather than simply trying to cope. I am incredibly grateful that I gave EMDR a chance, and I would encourage anyone str

I would give this office zero stars if that were an option. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I left feeling like my time, concerns, and well-being were treated as an inconvenience rather than something that deserved genuine attention. The communication was poor, the professionalism was lacking, and I consistently felt like I was being processed through a system rather than treated like an actual person. For a psychiatric practice, where patients are often already dealing with extremely difficult circumstances, that level of indifference is especially unacceptable. What bothered me most was the complete lack of empathy and accountability. When you’re trusting a mental-health professional with something as serious and personal as your well-being, you should be able to expect basic respect, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of mental-health professionals who understand that patients are people, not appointments on a schedule. I regret choosing this office and would not recommend it to anyone looking for psychiatric care.

I want to take a second to recognize how incredible Judy is. I have had the privilege of working with her for the last couple of years, and she has completely changed my life for the better. I can even recall the very first visit I had with Judy and how thorough she was at ensuring she got the full picture to properly treat my mental health issues. It was a feeling I had never experienced from a provider before—such authentic compassion and dedication to providing the highest quality care for patients. Judy is honest and one of the most hardworkingproviders I have ever met. This woman is giving every ounce of herself to ensure that members of her community live a better life. I honestly believe anyone leaving a negative review holds resentment for the level of honesty Judy holds between her patients. Judy is not afraid to tell you the hard things you need to hear, which for some might translate to “unprofessional,” but for those of us at our true wits’ end, this is what we need. Not someone who wants to sugarcoatthe truth to live in the comfort of denial. One of the best qualities Judy holds is that she doesn’t treat medication as the solution to all your problems; it is simply a t

My team had a fantastic experience with this facility, Dr. Lozano in particular. Found out about them through word of mouth. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. Their dedication to providing honest and compassionate patient care is clear. Highly recommending, as they are a gem to have in the community.

Lynn, Is one amazing person. It feels great to finally find somebody that actually listens to you. And gives you advice. How to manage. She is a number one great listener even though I may talk a lot. Wonderful lady. She deserves 100 stars. I’m also really grateful because my friend introduce me to her clinic she’s at. Because I was in a lot of need. I am a kind of person where I don’t trust doctors, I don’t trust therapist’s, I don’t trust anybody, but Lynn is one person that I can trust.. she does an amazing job. She actually makes you feel like you’re an actual person. And it’s a great feeling to actually be heard. If it wasn’t for my friend, I think I’d be really lost right now. And I’m very grateful that someone is there for me and my wellbeing. Thank you so much, Lynn

Working with Judy has honestly been one of the biggest mistakes in my own personal life. I see that she's helped many people, which is great but she must think my family member is a joke. She doesn't stay in consistent contact and is incredibly unproffessional. She communicates very serious concepts through text message, and then doesn't follow up. When it comes to mental help, this is the last thing someone should be doing. I genuinely thought my loved one was getting the much needed help she needs and deserves. Unfortunately, I feel as though she's made this situation worse. I feel like I need mental help now just from dealing with this situation and constantly being kicked down. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. I've never seen such carelessness and unproffessionalism come from anyone who is supposed to help someone mentally. Unbelievable.

I can’t say enough good about Judy Carino and the compassionate care she has been providing to my adult son. She truly listens and ensures that we are both in full understanding of the treatment plan. Her knowledge regarding the best medications indicated along with behavioral changes has been instrumental. My son is flourishing under her care and there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. We will continue to manage this disease with Judy’s help. So glad we found her.

Judy Carino is an amazing practitioner! I've been seeing her for over a year now and I truly look forward to my appointments with her. I don't feel like I am just another patient when it comes to Judy, she knows me, she remembers what I have going on, asks me about situations, etc. You can tell she GENUINELY cares; that is SO hard to come by anymore. If you're looking for true care, compassion, and someone who will NOT give up on you even when things are difficult, look no further than Judy Carino. I can't recommend her enough!
